Affiliate disclosure
MapCannon is free to use. Some clearly labeled links can earn MapCannon a commission when a traveler completes a qualifying purchase.
What that means
If you follow a labeled booking link and complete a qualifying purchase, the booking provider may pay MapCannon a commission. You do not pay MapCannon, and the disclosure appears close to the commercial link.
MapCannon currently participates in the Viator Affiliate Program. Viator handles its own inventory, prices, availability, payments, cancellations, privacy practices, and customer support.
What does not change
Affiliate relationships do not reorder MapCannon’s organic nearby-place results. Local-first ranking, distance, categories, and user-selected sorting operate separately from commercial booking links.
MapCannon does not claim that an affiliate provider has the lowest price, exclusive availability, a special deal, or a travel perk unless a provider supplies a current, verifiable offer and it is labeled accurately.
How links are labeled and measured
Affiliate links use the sponsored-link attribute and plain-language disclosure. MapCannon may measure the destination label or public page, partner, and button placement to understand which travel ideas are useful. Booking and payment details stay with the provider.
