Terms and travel disclaimer

By using MapCannon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Travel inspiration, not a booking

MapCannon provides travel inspiration. It does not sell travel, make reservations, guarantee access, or provide legal, safety, immigration, medical, financial, or professional advice. MapCannon has no implied partner deals, discounts, rewards, or perks. A destination, nearby place, or trip board is an idea—not a recommendation that travel is suitable for you.

Verify before traveling

Place and map data can be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or outdated. Before acting, verify entry requirements, closures, hours, accessibility, prices, safety conditions, weather, transport, local laws, and other practical details with authoritative and current sources. You are responsible for your travel decisions, bookings, conduct, and compliance with applicable law.

Accounts, notes, and shares

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for content you save or share. Do not place highly sensitive information in trip-board notes. Anyone with an active public share link may be able to view that sanitized snapshot. Do not use MapCannon to publish unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or rate controls, scrape it at disruptive scale, probe accounts you do not own, misuse provider data, introduce malicious code, or use MapCannon in violation of law or third-party rights. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, or the service.

Availability and third parties

MapCannon may change, pause, or discontinue features. Maps, places, authentication, hosting, and analytics can depend on third-party services governed by their own terms. We do not control third-party places, sites, transport, or services linked from MapCannon.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapCannon is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapCannon and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service or travel decisions. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
